The new Deoxycholate (DESOFACE) fat dissolving injection is designed to treat those difficult localised pockets of fat such as under chin area (double chin). This active ingredient is intended for the treatment of “stubborn” fat deposits which are often resistant to diet and exercise.

The lipolytic treatment consists of lipolytic application with injections directly into the fatty tissue of the treated under chin area region. During application, active substances lead to cracking of the membranes of fat cells in the treated zone and to outpouring of their content into the surrounding tissue. From there, in a natural way, via the bloodstream, the fat is transported to the liver and gets thrown out of our organism. It is necessary to emphasise that this procedure doesn’t change the level of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood. The procedure itself is painless. After 20 minutes of the application, a sense of itching, redness and mild swelling of the treated region appears. After some hours, redness and discomfort disappear. In the next few weeks, there is some sensitivity when the treated fatty tissue is pressed.

The treatment effect is observed approximately 1 month after the application and the final effect comes after 2 months.
